UnlimitU’s Courageous Women in Leadership Program is back by popular demand in 2024!

 

An intimate leadership development opportunity for mid-level & emerging leaders wanting to build their authentic brand & core leadership skill capabilities, so they can confidently step up into senior leadership.

 

Come learn, grow and share with industry peers in a dynamic, fun and safe environment.

 

PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

4 x half day (3hr) interactive workshops plus bonus 60 min 1:1 private coaching session

 

Workshop 1: LEADERSHIP BRAND

• Building an authentic personal brand
• Playing to strengths and managing blindspots
• Enhancing brand perception

 

Workshop 2: EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT LEADERSHIP

• Embracing vulnerable leadership
• Leading with empathy
• Building a culture of trust & psychological safety

 

Workshop 3: INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP

• Leading with inclusion to harness diverse high performing teams
• Adopting a leader as coach approach
• Thinking innovatively for better collaboration & problem solving

 

Workshop 4: IMPACTFUL LEADERSHIP

• Asking for & giving impactful feedback
• Boosting assertive communication
• Driving accountable team outcomes

 

PROGRAM DETAILS, COSTS, & INCLUSIONS

Cost: $1,900 + GST per person

 

Inclusions:

• 4x half day (3hr) group workshops held fortnightly across 2 months, up to 20ppl
• 1x 60 min private coaching session (choose from strengths, habits or mindset)
• Coaching resources & tools, guest speaker Q&A’s, morning teas & lunch on final workshop day
